We cannot diagnose your car by email. We are not a repair service and we have no way to see, hear or test your vehicle — which is exactly what diagnosis requires. Messages asking “what is wrong with my car?” will not get a useful answer from us, and we would rather say that honestly than waste your time. For an actual diagnosis, please see a qualified mechanic.
What We Can Help With
- Corrections. Something on the site is wrong, outdated or unclear — tell us which guide and what the problem is.
- Suggestions. A code, warning light or symptom we have not covered yet.
